Vancouver is the third largest city in Canada overlooking the straits Georgia and Johnston.  With spectacular snow capped coastal mountain ranges in the distance and the gleaming downtown its a photographers dream.

The heart of Vancouver is its downtown area, a finger of land bounded by the waters of English Bay. As most of downtown is surrounded by water, Vancouver’s transportation system includes the Sea Bus, bus and the light rail like the Skytrain.

BC Place Stadium is about 5 Km’s or 10 minutes from downtown.  The stadium first opened in 1983 and has a seating capacity of 60,000.  BC Place is the world's largest air supported domed stadium and home to BC Lions football team. Lighthouse Park is tucked away off Marine Drive on the shores of West Vancouver. The park is an unspoiled area with 185 acres of old growth forest.  Some of the trees are over 500 years old and the area has never been logged.
