The Royal Lahaina Resort offers accommodations on a half-mile
stretch of Kaanapali Beach in Maui. Located just a short walk from
Kaanapali's Whalers Village and three miles north of Lahaina Town.
Occupying 27 acres of tropical gardens and lawns, the resort offers
ample opportunity for rest and relaxation. Recreational facilities
include three swimming pools, a whirlpool, 11 tennis courts, tennis
pro shop, beach activities center, and two golf courses. The hotel
also offers free intro scuba lessons in the pool. High-speed access
available in the lobby for a fee.
For onsite dining, guests
won't want for options. The property has two restaurants, two
lounges, a poolside grill, ice cream parlor, and a nightly luau
celebration (additional charge).
Room types range from standard
rooms to suites and cottages. Every room features an alarm clock
radio, cable television, ceiling fan, coffeemaker, in-room safe,
lanai, mini-refrigerator, and telephone.
The cottages feature
furnished lanai's or patios with a casual island-inspired decor. The
one and two-bedroom cottages are equipped with full kitchens.
The
newly renovated guestrooms in the Lahaina Kai Tower feature teak
furnishings with Egyptian cotton linens, high-definition flat screen
televisions, a Sharper Image sound system with an Ipod port, hard
wire and wireless high-speed internet access for a fee.
Hale
Kaanapali rooms are located in the 3-story Hale Kaanapali wing. This
wing does not have elevators and is located adjacent to the Royal
Lahaina Luau. Hale Kaanapali Standard rooms have a limited
view.
