	Yaquina Head Lighthouse


	Take a tour of the historic Yauina Head Lighthouse. The lighthouse is over 93 feet high and is the tallest Orgeon Lighthouse located north of Newport.

Recreational activities include beachcombing, fishing, boating, scuba diving, surfing, crabbing, sailing, whale watching and hiking.

Attractions in Newport include: Ripley's Believe It or Not, Newport Visual Arts Center, The Wax Works, Hatfield Marine Science Center, Sundersea Gardens, Yaquina Head Lighthouse, Yaquina Bay Lighthouse and Newport Performing Arts Center and Oregon Coast Aquarium. If you travelled with your clubs enjoy the Agate Beach Golf course a 9 hole public course.

There are three parks in the area: South Beach State Park 2 miles south of Newport, Beverly Beach State Park 7 miles north and Agate Beach State Park just 1 mile north of Newport.
